The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is inviting contractors to apply for the pre-qualification for the streetscape improvement works at Nga Tsin Wai Road, Tak Ku Ling Road, South Wall Road, Lung Kong Road, Nam Kok Road, Prince Edward Road West and Prince Edward Road East.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and the supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for the Pre-qualification for Streetscape Improvement Works at Nga Tsin Wai Road, Tak Ku Ling Road, South Wall Road, Lung Kong Road, Nam Kok Road, Prince Edward Road West and Prince Edward Road East” and addressed to Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong or fax to 2588 2519 before 5:00 p.m. on 3 May 2024 (Friday). Late submissions will not be considered.
