Invitation for Proposal to Lease Properties - Prince Edward Road West


The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organisations to submit proposals for the following premises.

Any interested persons / organisations shall contact Ms. Shek at 2588 2799 during office hours for enquiries and obtaining the Form of "Proposals to Lease Properties-Commercial" (collectively as "Proposals" Form) and floor plans.  All Proposals should be submitted to URA by hand on or before 5:00 p.m. on 12 May 2017 (Friday).  Late submission will not be accepted by URA.  Site inspection can be arranged upon request.

This is only an invitation for proposals, and should not be treated as an offer by URA.  URA shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any Proposals.

In determining the rental level for this project, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider the limitation of historic building and other commercial/social factors.

Remarks:
1. "As-is" handover condition; approximate Internal Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building as per the attachment to the application form.
