The Urban Renewal Authority ("the Authority") is currently shortlisting contractors to submit tenders for the Provision of Street Beautification Works at the Adjoining Streets of the GIC facilities at the Ground Floor of The Center (the "Works").

Please submit the duly completed "Expression of Interest" form and supporting documents in a sealed envelope marked "Expression of Interest in Provision of Street Beautification Works at the Adjoining Streets of the GIC facilities at the Ground Floor of The Center" and addressed to Mr Adam Chung, Manager, Planning and Design to the Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong by 2:00 p.m. on 17 August 2017.

Invitation for Proposal to Lease Property Prince Edward Road West

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organisations to submit proposals for the following premises.

Any interested persons / organisations shall contact Ms. Shek at 2588 2799 during office hours for enquiries and obtaining the Form of "Proposals to Lease Properties-Commercial" (collectively as "Proposals" Form) and floor plans.  All Proposals should be submitted to URA by hand on or before 5:00p.m. on 5 September 2017(Tuesday).  Late submission will not be accepted by URA. Site inspection can be arranged upon request.

This is only an invitation for proposals, and should not be treated as an offer by URA.  URA shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any Proposals.

In determining the rental level for this project, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider the limitation of historic building and other commercial/social factors.

  2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building as per the attachment to the application form.
