Question 4 : What is the development density for the Kwun Tong Town Centre project? Will it be a problem? Answer :  According to the Master Layout Plans approved by the Town Planning Board, the plot ratio of Kwun Tong Town Centre project is 7.5, with Gross Floor Area 401,205m2. The result of technical assessments concluded that there will be positive impacts upon redevelopment,  which helps to resolve the existing traffic and environmental problems in the area.
