On 25 July 2008, URA arranged balloting exercise for the appointment of 11
valuers for the assessment of unit rate of the notional replacement flat of 7
years old ("Notional Unit Rate")for calculating HPA for the Kwun Tong Town
Centre ("KTTC") Redevelopment Project.
11 valuers for the assessment of the Notional Unit Rate were appointed
after an open and fair balloting exercise.
The balloting exercise was held in URA's Hip Wo Street Office. Ms.
Ann So, Vice-chairlady, Kwun Tong District Council, Mr. Nelson
Chan, Kwun Tong District Councilor, and Mr. Francis Leung, Senior
Vice President, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors had kindly consented
to officiate at the event.
There were 5 domestic owner representatives invited to pick several names of
valuers:
- Mr. Chui Wai, Chairman, Alliance of Kwun Tong's Urban Renewal
- Ms. Lau Ka-ying, Chairlady, Owners' Corporation of Yue Man
