Cash Subsidy
To relief the financial burden of the building owners, the
remaining balance of "Ceiling amount for Incentive Material" i.e. after
deducting the actual incentive materials cost, would be released to the OC as
cash subsidy for the rehabilitation works.
Cash Subsidy = (Ceiling amount for Incentive Materials) -
(Actual Incentive Materials Cost)
However, value of "cash subsidy" cannot exceed the
value of the "actual incentive materials costs".
