owners from third party claims due to accidents happened in the buildings'
common area. |

Buildings' OCs who have joined either the Building
Rehabilitation Materials Incentive Scheme or Building Rehabilitation Loan
Scheme;

 |
Satisfactorily completed the major rehabilitation
works' items as recommended by Authority Persons or qualified professionals;
and
|
 |
The insurer must be registered in "Office of the
Commissioner of Insurance".
|
 |
Application must be submitted within twelve months
after the works completion. | |
