Open Market Sale

The URA commenced the sale of 16 and 28 units in April 2017 and October 2023 respectively in the open market at the prevailing market prices. All the above-mentioned units were sold and handed over to the purchasers.

The URA will launch the remaining unsold units in the open market at the prevailing market price in August 2025.
