The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) invites submission of Expression of Interest from any party which is interested in developing the following project (“Project”):-

Interested parties are invited to submit in duplicate the duly completed and signed Reply Form (contained in the Invitation Document for the Project) together with the required information stated therein in sealed plain envelope(s) marked “Confidential” and labelled “Expression of Interest for Development at To Kwa Wan Road / Wing Kwong Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon” and addressed to “Ms. Carolin Fong, Executive Director (Operations), Urban Renewal Authority” and deposit the said sealed envelope(s) in the designated box situated at the Authority’s office at 26/F., COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong by the Closing Date and Time stated above.
 
This is only an Invitation for Expression of Interest and should not be treated as an Invitation to Offer or an Offer by the Authority.
 
In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of the public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the closing time of the EOI and/or the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcement of such extension at any time before or after the closing time of the EOI on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the specified closing time of the EOI and the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
