Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tender for providing the Services. 

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the business name card of the contact person to collect the tender documents at the office of the Authority on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the office hours of the Authority (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today. 

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 18 March 2026. Late submission will not be considered.  The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest fee or a tender attaining the highest combined score in technical and fee assessments or any tender.

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) would like to invite submission of tender for providing the captioned services. 

Interested parties can bring along with your company chop and business card of your contact person to collect the tender document at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.  

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 24 March 2026. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.  

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of your contact person to collect the “Invitation to tender” document (“Document”) at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 13 March 2026 (“Closing Date”).  Late submission will not be considered.  The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
