Tender for Two-Year Term Contract for the Provision of Video Shooting and Production Services for Urban Renewal Authority (“Services”) Deadline: 12:00 noon, 22 December 2025

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tender for providing the Services.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the business card of the contact person to collect the tender documents at the office of the Authority on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the office hours of the Authority (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 22 December 2025. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest fee or a tender attaining the highest combined score in technical and fee assessments or any tender.
