Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Accountancy and Financial Consulting Services for Analysing and Vetting of Disturbance/ Business Loss, Damages and Claims arising from Land Resumption Deadline: 12:00 noon, 17 June 2026 (Hong Kong time)

The Urban Renewal Authority ("Authority") is currently inviting submission of tenders for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties can bring their company chop and business card of the contact person for the collection of the “Invitation to tender” document (“Document”) from the Authority’s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 17 June 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority is not bound to accept a tender with the lowest fee quote or any tender.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of the public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcement of such extension at any time before the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

Tender for Design and Build Works for Fitting Out of a New Office at Commercial Accommodation of The Harmonie – U-Castle Deadline: 12:00 noon, 1 June 2026

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tenders for provision of the captioned works.

Interested parties please bring along your company chop and the name card of a contact person of your company to collect the tender documents at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 1 June 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the tender with the highest combined technical and fee score or any tender at all, and is not bound to award the tender to any company.
