Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting submission of quotation for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of the contact person to collect the quotation document at the Authority’s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today. Alternatively, you can contact Ms Melanie Law at 25882858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the document via other electronic methods such as email or fax.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 8 December 2025. Late submission will not be considered.  The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the business card of the contact person to collect the tender documents at the office of the Authority on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the office hours of the Authority (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 22 December 2025. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest fee or a tender attaining the highest combined score in technical and fee assessments or any tender.
