Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting a submission of tender for provision of the captioned Lead Consultant’s Service.

Interested parties please bring along your company chop and the name card of a contact person of your company to collect the tender documents at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 15 July 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered.  The Authority is not bound to accept a tender with the highest combined technical and fee score or any tender at all, and is not bound to award the tender to any company.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
