The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) would like to invite submission of quotation for providing the captioned services.
Interested parties can contact Ms Melanie Law at 2588 2858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk from today during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) to collect the quotation document by email.
The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 1 April 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

Interested parties please contact Ms. Cheung of the Authority’s broker consultant, Mercer (Hong Kong) Limited, via email at Connie.Cheung@MercerMarshBenefits.com and copy to the Authority at procurement@ura.org.hk, to collect the “Invitation to tender” (“Document”) from today.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 12:00 noon, 27 April 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submissions will not be considered. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 16 April 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submission will not be accepted. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
