Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

Urban Renewal Authority ("URA") is currently shortlisting consultants for the provision of revision and examination of Sales Brochure and other related materials in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance for URA’s Project DL-1:SSP – Astoria Crest (re-tender).

Interested party is required to submit a duly completed "Pre-Qualification" form (including Parts A, B and C) and supporting documents in an envelope marked "Pre-Qualification for Provision of Revision and Examination of Sales Brochure and Other Related Materials in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance for URA’s Project DL-1:SSP - Astoria Crest (re-tender)" for the attention of Mr. Ernest Cheng, the Senior Manager of Property and Land Division, Urban Renewal Authority by either deposit to URA’s Headquarters at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong or facsimile to 2588 2509, by 5:00 p.m. on 3 December 2020. Late submission of Pre-Qualification will not be considered.

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organizations to express their interest for the following premises.

This is only an invitation for proposals, and should not be treated as an offer by URA.  URA shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any Proposals.

In determining the rental level for the above-said premises, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider the limitation of historic building and other commercial/social factors.

Remarks:

  1. “As-is” handover condition, approximate Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
  2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building as per the attachment to the application form.

Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence) (the Project) with a total lettable shop floor area of about 21,800 sq. ft., comprising two levels with shop units ranging from 375 sq.ft. to 5,687 sq.ft., has been completed in the 2nd quarter of 2020.

In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.

The Urban Renewal Authority is inviting operators of local food & beverage or retail trades to express their interest in operating at the future shop area of the Project.  Interested party may contact our leasing hotline at 2588 2233 / 2588 2288 during office hours (Mon-Fri: 8:45am – 12:30pm & 1:30pm – 6:00 pm) or email to leasing@mail1.ura.org.hk.

Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is currently shortlisting tenderers for the Timber Mock-up Fitting Out works for the proposed composite development at Nos.5-13 Ash Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon.

For interested companies, please duly complete and submit the “Expression of Interest” form (including Parts A, B, C and D) in an envelope marked “Expression of Interest for Timber Mock-up Fitting Out Works for URA Project DL-11:YTM – Proposed Composite Development at Nos.5-13 Ash Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon” and addressed to “Mr. Eric Poon, Director of Works and Contracts Division, Urban Renewal Authority” to the Authority’s Headquarters at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Central by the deadline of 12:00 noon on 19 June 2020 (Friday).

All EOI submission after the above-mentioned deadline shall not be considered.
