Invitation for Pre-qualification for Provision of Private Residential Care Home for the Elderly Consultancy Services (the “Services”) Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on 30 October 2026

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) would like to invite submission of pre-qualification form to apply for pre-qualification for the provision of the captioned services.

Interested Parties please duly complete and submit the pre-qualification form (including Parts A, B, C and D) (click here to download) and supporting documents to the Authority, for the attention of Ms. Priscilla Ng, the Senior Officer of Property and Land Division, Urban Renewal Authority by facsimile to 2588 2509. The deadline for submission of tender is 5:00 p.m., 30 October 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered.

The Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
