The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Foundation, Excavation and Lateral Support and Pile Caps Works for Site 2 of Tai Hang Sai Estate, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents to our consultant Arcadis Hong Kong Limited via email at HK5230-THSE@arcadis.com and attention to Ms. Valerie Wong with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Foundation, Excavation and Lateral Support and Pile Caps Works for Site 2 of Tai Hang Sai Estate, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon” on or before 12:00 noon on 16 March 2026 (Monday).
