The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is currently shortlisting consultancy firms in providing the project execution consultancy services for Carpenter Road Park Phase 1 Revitalization Works at Carpenter Road, Junction Road and Tung Tau Tsuen Road (“the Services”).
For interested parties, please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (“PQ Form”) (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for the Provision of the Project Execution Consultancy Services for Carpenter Road Park Phase 1 Revitalization Works at Carpenter Road, Junction Road and Tung Tau Tsuen Road (“the Services”)” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” or fax to 2588 2519 on or before 2:00 p.m. on 3 March 2023 (Friday). Late submissions will not be considered.

Shops of Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence)
Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence) (the Project) with a total lettable shop floor area of about 21,800 sq. ft., comprising two levels with shop units ranging from 375 sq.ft. to 5,687 sq.ft., has been completed in the 2nd quarter of 2020.
In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.
The Urban Renewal Authority is inviting operators of local food & beverage or retail trades to express their interest in operating at the future shop area of the Project.
