The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons interested/ organisations to submit proposals for the following premises.

Any interested persons / organisations may contact Mr. Lee at 2588 2775 / Ms. Wong at 2588 2490 during office hours for enquiries and obtaining the Proposal Form for Submission and floor plan.  All proposals should be submitted to URA by hand on or before 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 1 March 2021. Late submission will not be accepted by URA.  Site inspection can be arranged upon request.

This is only an invitation for proposals, and should not be treated as an offer by URA. URA shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any proposals.

If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building as per the attachment to the application form.

Shops of Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence)

Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence) (the Project) with a total lettable shop floor area of about 21,800 sq. ft., comprising two levels with shop units ranging from 375 sq.ft. to 5,687 sq.ft., has been completed in the 2nd quarter of 2020.

In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.
