Other Invitation for Expression of Interest

 

The Urban Renewal Authority ("the Authority") is currently shortlisting contractors for the following two separate contracts:-

(i) Contract A: Proposed Reinstatement and Renovation Works for Rich Building (K4A) and Bedford Tower (K4B); and

(ii) Contract B: Proposed Reinstatement and Renovation Works for Shun Sing Mansion (H7) and 88-90 Staunton Street (H19B).

Please submit the duly completed "Expression of Interest" form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked "Expression of Interest on Contract A: Proposed Reinstatement and Renovation Works for Rich Building (K4A) and Bedford Tower (K4B)" and/or "Expression of Interest on Contract B: Proposed Reinstatement and Renovation Works for Shun Sing Mansion (H7) and 88-90 Staunton Street (H19B)" and addressed to Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong and send a copy to 2588 2532 by facsimile, attention to Mr Peter Pang by 5:00 p.m. on 3 July 2018.

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organisations to submit proposals for the following premises.

 

Any interested persons / organisations shall contact Mr. Lo at 2588 2057 during office hours for enquiries and obtaining the Form of “Proposals to Lease Properties-Commercial” (collectively as “Proposals” Form) and floor plan. All Proposals should be submitted to URA by hand on or before 5:00 p.m. on 9 July 2018 (Monday). Late submission will not be accepted by URA. Site inspection can be arranged upon request.

 

This is only an invitation for proposals, and should not be treated as an offer by URA. URA shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any Proposals.

 

In determining the rental level for this project, URA would make reference to the market rental level and other commercial/social factors.
