The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is currently inviting consultancy firms to apply for pre-qualification for the Project Execution Consultancy Services for KC-017 Site C1 at Kai Tak Road / Nga Tsin Wai Road, Kowloon City.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Project Execution Consultancy Services for KC-017 Site C1” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” or fax to 2588 2519 on or before 12:00 noon on 11 December 2025 (Thursday).
