Development Facilitation Services

The Development Facilitation Services (DFS) aims to increase the transparency of project information, allowing developers interested in individual redevelopment projects more time to prepare for future tender submissions. This service is only available before the project tendering process and is completely independent of the established tender procedures. The URA plans to tender the Shantung Street / Thistle Street Development Scheme in Mong Kok this fiscal year, using this project as a pilot to invite developers to participate in the DFS.  Interested developers can register for access to the DFS from January to February 2025.  If the industry has any inquiries, please feel free to call the dedicated hotline at 2588 8900 or email dfsenq@ura.org.hk.
