Development Facilitation Services

The Development Facilitation Services (DFS) aims to increase the transparency of project information, allowing developers interested in individual redevelopment projects more time to prepare for future tender submissions. This service is only available before the project tendering process and is completely independent of the established tender procedures.

The URA plans to tender the Kai Tak Road / Sa Po Road Development Scheme in Kowloon City this fiscal year, and cordially invite interested developers to participate in the DFS.  Interested developers can register for access to the DFS platform (https://dfs.ura.org.hk) from today and until 1 August 2025.
