In determining the rental level for the above-said premises, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider other commercial/social factors.

2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal how to satisfy licence requirements.
