Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is now inviting companies which fulfil our requirements below to express their interest in applying for inclusion in the list of area measurement consultants of the Authority.  

If your company has experience in on-site area measurement of properties in Hong Kong and with minimum (i) 1 qualified building surveyor (“QBS”)* with at least 10 years’ post-qualification experience or an Authorized Person as staff-in-charge, (ii) 2 QBS and (iii) 6 technicians and would like to be included in the list of area measurement consultants of the Authority, please complete and return the application form together with relevant documents on or before 28 February 2023 (Tuesday) to apply for inclusion in list of area measurement consultants of the Authority.

*QBS means a corporate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in Building Surveying Division or a Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying).

Shops of Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence)

Ma Tau Wai Road/ Chun Tin Street Project (eResidence) (the Project) with a total lettable shop floor area of about 21,800 sq. ft., comprising two levels with shop units ranging from 375 sq.ft. to 5,687 sq.ft., has been completed in the 2nd quarter of 2020.

In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.
