Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is currently compiling a list of sub-consultants (“List”) for production of a video for marketing for Kwun Tong Town Centre 2.0 (“Project”) for the marketing consultancy services contract for the Project. The marketing consultant to be appointed will select its sub-consultant for production of a video for marketing from the List.  

 

Any interested party to be included in the List is required to submit a duly completed “Pre-Qualification” form (including Parts A, B and C) (click here to download) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Pre-Qualification for Sub-consultant for Production of a Video for Marketing for Kwun Tong Town Centre 2.0” for the attention of Mr. Pasu Fan, the Assistant Manager of Property and Land Division, Urban Renewal Authority by facsimile to 2588 2509, by 5:00 p.m. on 28 February 2024 (Wednesday).  Late submission of Pre-Qualification will not be considered.

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Design and Build of Joint-user Complex at Cheung Sha Wan Road, Sham Shui Po for Project SSP-018 (Site B). Please refer to the reply form for details.

For interested parties who are on both the Development Bureau's List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C (confirmed) in the Buildings Category and Buildings Department's List of Registed General Building Contractors at or before 12:00 noon, 29 February 2024, please kindly submit a letter of request addressed to 26/F COSCO Tower, 183, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong for collection of the prequalification document.

The duly completed reply form for applying for prequalification and the required information and documents shall be submitted pursuant to the instruction stated in the prequalification documents at or before 12:00 noon, 29 February 2024 and shall be deposited into the Authority’s designated tender box. Late submissions and submissions not deposited into the tender box will not be considered.

Should you have any enquiries, all queries shall be made in writing with a covering letter by fax at 2588 2519 and addressed to 26/F COSCO Tower, 183, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. The deadline of raising any queries is no later than 12:00 noon, 22 February 2024, and the Authority may not entertain any queries received after this deadline.

The Urban Renewal Authority ("the URA") is currently launching an Open Call for mural artists participation to provide design and on-site implementation of mural art for the buildings joined the “Kowloon City District-based Rehabilitation Pilot Scheme” (iKC-015).  Details of Open Call please refer to HERE.

Remarks:

  1. “As-is” handover condition, approximate Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
  2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building.
