Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is inviting contractors to apply for prequalification for the improvement works for Western Market in connection with the Authority’s project.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Improvement Work for Western Market” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority” at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong or fax to 2588 2519 before 12:00 noon on 29 July 2024 (Monday). Late submissions will not be considered.

Reclamation Street / Shantung Street Project (One Soho) (the "Commercial Portion") has been completed in the 3rd quarter of 2023 with a total lettable area of about 13,000 sq. ft.. The Commercial Portion comprises 3 storeys with shop units ranging from about 220 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft..

The Urban Renewal Authority is inviting operators of food & beverage, retail or service trades to express their interest in operating at the shop units of the Commercial Portion.
