The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) would like to invite submission of quotation for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties please contact Ms Melanie Law at 25882858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the document via electronic methods such as email.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 17 August 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

Interested parties can bring along with your company chop and business card of your contact person to collect the tender document at the Authority's office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority's office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 31 August 2026. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority's office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority's office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority's website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

The Urban Renewal Authority ("the Authority") would like to invite submission of tenders for the Provision of Enterprise Risk Management Framework Review, Enhancement and Implementation Services.

Interested parties can bring their company chop and business card for the collection of the “Invitation to Tender” document (“the Document”) during the office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:00pm) at the following office of the Authority:

26/F, COSCO Tower,
183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong

Tenders must be deposited in the Authority’s designated tender box located at the aforesaid address not earlier than 8:45a.m., 12 August 2026 and/ or before 12:00 noon on 17 August 2026.  Late tender submissions will not be accepted.
