Invitation to Tender for Provision of Outsource Network Monitoring Operations Services (the “Services”) Deadline: 12:00 noon, 6 January 2026

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) would like to invite submission of tender for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties can bring along with your company chop and business card to collect the tender document at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today. The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 06 January 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

Tender for Two-Year Term Contract for the Provision of Video Shooting and Production Services for Urban Renewal Authority (“Services”) Deadline: 12:00 noon, 22 December 2025

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tender for providing the Services.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the business card of the contact person to collect the tender documents at the office of the Authority on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the office hours of the Authority (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 22 December 2025. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest fee or a tender attaining the highest combined score in technical and fee assessments or any tender.
