Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tender for providing the captioned works.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of the contact person to collect the tender document at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

Tenders must be deposited in the Authority’s tender box located at the aforesaid address not earlier than 8:45am on 17 June 2026 and no later than 12:00 noon on 22 June 2026.  Late tender submissions will not be accepted. The Authority may, as deemed necessary, publish a notice on its website before or after the deadline, announcing an extension of the closing date for tender submission (the extension will be at the sole discretion of the Authority).
