Interested parties are required to complete the Expression of Interest, place it in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential" and "Urban Renewal Authority Project H15B - Expression of Interest". The envelope should be addressed to “Mr. Cheng Hin Kong, General Manager (Property and Land), Urban Renewal Authority” at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on 30 September 2024 (Monday).

The above information is intended as an invitation for interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest and should not be construed as an invitation or offer made by the Urban Renewal Authority.

Remarks:

  1. “As-is” handover condition, approximate Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
  2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building.
