27 Expressions of Interest Received for URA’s Bailey Street / Chi Kiang Street Project

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) earlier invited developers and consortia to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the development of the Bailey Street / Chi Kiang Street Project (the Project*) in Kowloon.  By the submission deadline at noon today (27 May 2026), the URA received a total of 27 EOIs.

A tender review panel established under the URA Board will evaluate all submissions, assessing the relevant development experience and financial capability of the developers and consortia to shortlist qualified joint venture partners.  All shortlisted parties will then be invited by the URA to submit tenders for the Project.
