Invitation to Tender – URA’s Bailey Street / Chi Kiang Street Project

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (3 July 2026) invited 27 developers to obtain tender documents and to each submit a tender for the development of the Bailey Street / Chi Kiang Street Project (the Project*) in Kowloon.

Developers may form a consortium with eligible entities that satisfy the requirements specified in the tender documents to submit a tender.  Tender submissions must be delivered to the URA Headquarters by 12 noon on 27 July 2026 (Monday).  Late submissions will not be accepted.

A tender review panel under the URA Board will carefully assess the tender submissions received and recommend to the URA Board to make the decision regarding the award of the development contract of the Project.
