The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (26 September 2025) issued acquisition offers to property owners affected by two redevelopment projects in To Kwa Wan, Kowloon City – Ming Lun Street / Ma Tau Kok Road Development Scheme (KC-018*) and To Kwa Wan Road / Ma Tau Kok Road Development Scheme (KC-019*). Eligible owner-occupiers of domestic properties of the KC-018 will be offered $13,891 per square foot of saleable area, which is the unit rate of a seven-year-old notional replacement flat situated in the same locality (Notional Unit Rate).
