Project commencement was gazetted on 16 March 2018 and a freezing survey was conducted in the project site on the same day. A description of the general nature and effects of the project and a plan delineating the boundaries of the project was made available from 16 March 2018 for 2 months (to 16 May 2018) for public inspection and submitting objections.
The Stage 1 social impact assessment report was made available for public information from 16 March to 16 May 2018. The Stage 2 social impact assessment report was made available for public information from 2 to 16 May 2018. Both reports and project information can be viewed at the headquarters and website of the URA and other venues specified in the Government Gazette.
Project commenced in March 2018

The URA's initial proposal is to redevelop the project to provide small to medium sized residential units and commercial / retail podium at the lower floors, tentatively scheduled for completion by 2027/28.
