Targeted completion by 2027/28.
The URA's initial proposal is to redevelop the project to provide small to medium sized residential units and commercial / retail podium at the lower floors, tentatively scheduled for completion by 2027/28.
The Project is implemented in accordance with the “Urban Renewal Strategy” (“URS”) (2011) which includes the flat-for-flat options as an alternative option to cash compensation. Domestic owner-occupiers can opt for cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in-situ in the new development or in Kai Tak development.
