Project Status
The Project was commenced on 7 November 2014.
The URA received objections and comment to the project during the two-month publication period (from 7 November 2014 to 7 January 2015).
SDEV has considered the project and the related information and authorized the URA to proceed with the project without any amendment on 7 July 2015. The SDEV's decision was published in the Gazette on 17 July 2015.

The Project is implemented in accordance with the Urban Renewal Strategy (2011) which includes the flat-for-flat offer as an alternative option to cash compensation. Eligible domestic owner-occupiers can opt for cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in-situ in the new development or in the same district or in URA’s Kai Tak Development.
